Ingredients (Preferably organic):

  • 1 tablespoon dried elderberries
  • 1 teaspoon dried Lemon Balm
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh ginger root  
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chamomile  
  • 1 teaspoon dried peppermint  
  • 2 cups water boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) honey  
  • Slice of organic lemon

Prepare with a fine mesh strainer.

Allow 5-8 minutes to steep.
