Wellness Support Smoothie

Ingredients (Preferably organic): 
- 1 cup almond milk 
- 1 teaspoon reishi mushroom powder 
- 1/4 cup goji berries 
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs 
- 1/2 frozen banana 
- 1 tablespoon almond butter 
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or sweetener of choice to taste

Wellness Support Tea

Ingredients (Preferably organic):
- 1 tablespoon dried elderberries 
- 1 teaspoon dried Lemon Balm 
- 1 teaspoon dried or fresh ginger root  
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chamomile  
- 1 teaspoon dried peppermint  
- 2 cups water boiling water
- 1 teaspoon (or to taste) honey  
- slice of organic lemon

Prepare with a fine mesh strainer.

Allow 5-8 minutes to steep.
